To make it more easy and structured, we divide UX design into three different phases:

Phase 1: User Research

Understanding the user is essential. Wishes and needs are represented in easy-to-understand deliverables. This should cause alignment behind a common goal, or design challenge. Phase 1 is about empathy, understanding, and making it tangible to all stakeholders.

Phase 2: Design & Deliver

Now that the needs are clear, we can start designing. We start with sketches and work our way up to highly detailed designs. While designing, every deliverable from phase 1 should find its way into the designs

Phase 3: Co-Develop & Validate

Everything that has been designed is going to be build by developers. Working closely together with the people that will transform the designs into actual living things is very important.

User Research

Understanding the user

We explore the challenges and opportunities for your future service or software experience. From exploring existing research to revealing qualitative customer insights based on (big) data. These insights are translated to the context of your organisation and to improvement and innovation of your software and service.

Let’s start with a market analysis: How does the solution relate to the rest of the market? What are the trends? But also an impact analysis: how much energy does it take to do certain things differently? A UX roadmap can be drawn up based on all insights. What issues are we going to tackle and when will this happen?

Phase 2

Design & Deliver

User Interface & User Experience Design

Now that the needs are clear, we can start designing. We start with sketches and work our way up to highly detailed designs. While designing, every deliverable from phase 1 should find its way into the designs.

We are specialized in Ux and visual design for multichannel software and service experiences. In addition, we often make prototypes of our designs to present them to the target group. We investigate how micro-interactions, motion graphics and visual content connect in the right way. The result is a user experience that feels good in every way: useful, usable and attractive.
